Swimming CLUB

At this holiday, I went to lose my weight, so I went to Cindy’s club—swimming club, everyday Sunday, and every time I spend 2 hours to swimming.Because the weather always change quickly, so I catch a cold, I always think, if I can get more exercise, I could not get sick, but now I’m very uncomfortable, and got fever, so terrible..At the swimming, this time not many people went to, but I also teach that new student how to swimming, but this time it’s hardly than last time, I teach them how to breath and swim perfect. When I finish my club time, I do not swimming any more, so my body ache again, I think I should not for this portfolio, I should every time on time went to swimming then I can get a great healthy.But I also think swimming is a good sport, everyone should learning swimming, pretty girl swimming can keep our body, also can lose our weight, handsome boy swimming can let your body get more muscle, old people, swimming can let your healthy better and better, so swimming is a wonderful exercise.

At the 23rd, I also the Grade 10 models leader, at noon I teach them how to walk is perfect, I spend 1 hour, at 24th noon I take them get 1 hour to teach them, at 24th after school I and them practice about 4 hours then and I went home. At Monday I also will collect Grade 10 clothes, I spend 2 hours to collect all clothes, at the fashion show, I signed up for volunteers, and my job is help model to make-up. At three o'clock I went to the fashion show to get help, at first, the fashion show leader told me the model are not all went there, help them get some chairs first. So I spent 45 minutes to help them finish the chairs.Until 4:15 all models are came, then I start to help them make-up, we have three people to help make-up, I think the difficult one was help models posted fake eyelashes, especially the model is single-edged eyelid, ok, now I’ll told you what I do in the make-up.First is face make-up, get the power: wet the sponge, and then choose close skin color’s power, gently and slow point on the face. Then eye shadow paintings, I always let the model to choose which color does they like or match with them cloth color, Eye Liner: Eye Liner painting the eyelashes should be close to the root, to outline in detail, the eye liner should be slightly outside the corner bend, which is very eye-shaped charm. Then is eye Liner, painting the eyelashes should be close to the root, very carefully. Then is the posted fake eyelashes the difficult one, and last is lip gloss, I choose fruits color to give models use, because fruits color is very pale, it’s suitable our age and pretty.

On April 25. I went to the one of the largest church in shanghai. This is a Catholic church. It is forbidden to take photos in it and we need to go inside without any noise. There was a guide who talked about the church for us during the travel. She talked about each photos’ meaning and how it connect with the Catholicism. We also got some brushers for free. There were some classic sentences about the Catholicism and some of them were elected from the book. There were some classic sentences which were If you accompany the meat of life, death is necessary; However, if you rely on the Holy Spirit, to take such action of the meat to death, we will be able to live . Love can not be hypocritical when you hate the evil, and good echo. On the love of brothers, we must love each other; of respect, it is necessary to first to; of care, negligence Mo; of mind.To eagerly, for the main, to be sincere; On Point Germany, to joy, hardship, we should be patient; pray, to perseverance. Because the Holy Spirit to guide where are the children of God. I never went to Nanjing’s Catholic Church and I expected about Buddha. So this trip made me understand some other kind of regions.

Drama--Romeo and Juliet

On April 25th I went to shanghai for the classic drama which was Romeo And Juliet. British TNT troupes showed this drama. We stayed in the Shanghai Drama Arts Center. Lots of International people went this center for this English show. At the show we can’t use the cell phone or camera to take photos. People were quite during the show. We were really shocked that the actors didn’t use the microphone to play. This show shows a story which is talked about a romantic love between a couple. They protected their love without the against of their family. The audience explained the absolute love can only be consummated in death seems unspeak-ably cruel, especially given this breathtaking embodiment of Juliet. A beat-tiful, impressive production that reaches the heart of the play. We were really impressed about the show. They used their love to against the enmity of their families. The show made us feel a new style of the drama which use live music and no background music to play the whole show. This show made us like to see the drama and I want to see more classic drama in the future of my life. It’s really a graceful and elegant thing for us to enjoy.

Today I go to eat the Tairyo Steak Tappan take, this is in the 1912 and it is a Japanese restaurant, I think its ok, because I’m not very like Japanese food and seafood, but I think the environmental was very good I sit in the room with my friend, but outside there has a round table and maybe can 30 person sit, and in the round has a chief, he make the food and give you, but there was noise than room.
I eat the sushi and beef my friend take some Salmon, Arctic bay, Foie gras, I eat a little sea food, umm…. I also don’t like, I’m very like their beef, I think were taste good. I also eat the vegetable and fruits salad, and the red bean dessert, the beef was the main food, so it come at last, when my beef come, I’m a little full….ha-ha~
When we finish, it is 150/person, you can eat everything just cost 150/person, but I think I’m not suitable there, because I can’t eat many things… and there service speed was a little slowly, I don’t know it is there very busy or just the waiter forget us.
